- For a sentenced state prisoner, use ADOC search and ADOC public records, not the county jail release feed.
- For federal or immigration custody, use BOP, ICE, USMS, or the holding facility tied to the case.
State and Court Records
State and court offices answer different questions from the county jail. ADOC records may support a state-prison discharge question. ABPP handles parole and probation supervision records. The Baldwin Circuit Clerk is the better path for court disposition, sentence, jail credit, and many case-record questions.

The court records request form says to allow two weeks. Listed fees include $10.00 for computerized search, $25.00 for paper, archived, or microfilmed records, $5.00 for the first 20 copy pages, and $0.50 for each additional page. Personal checks are not accepted.
